Koshiki Karate-Do

Koshiki Karate-Do is a traditional Okinawan martial arts school in Lawndale, CA. It teaches the various elements of Shorin-Ryu Karate-Do, including kumite (sparring), kata (forms), weapons (kubudo), and self-defense.
