S&J Fitness and Kickboxing offers a non-military style fitness boot camp that combines the benefits of kickboxing with personal training exercises. The program takes you far beyond common boot camps, allowing you to hit, kick and punch stress away while also performing fat-torching and muscle-toning exercises. The workout is adaptable to all levels, from beginners to advanced exercisers, and is designed to be an exhilarating and results-producing experience. The studio teaches kickboxing, boot camp, and beyond.
