MooDo Taekwondo

MooDo Taekwondo is a community of friends and martial artists in Eugene, Oregon. They offer various programs for different age groups, including Younger Children, Kids, Teens, and Adults. The programs focus on developing Taekwondo skills, goal setting, and achievement in a fun and positive environment. The school is safe and fun for all ages and abilities, with experienced Black Belts supervising the classes. They also teach proper warm-up, flexibility training, and use of protective safety equipment to ensure students' safety.
