Battle Rock Krav Maga

Battle Rock Krav Maga is a self-defense training organization established to provide realistic and practical self-defense training in the Greater Knoxville area and surrounding communities. The organization, a division of Battle Rock LLC, believes that everyone should have the confidence to defend themselves, and it offers training in Krav Maga, a military-based, hand-to-hand fighting system developed by the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF). Krav Maga is continuously evaluated by the IDF to ensure it remains modern and effective in an ever-evolving world. The training is suitable for all ages, sizes, athletic abilities, and experience levels, and it mimics what a real street attack will look and feel like, preparing students for the real world fight. At Battle Rock, students will experience an entire community of fellow students, advanced students, coaches, and instructors cheering them on and keeping them accountable to be their best selves.
