True Martial Arts

True Martial Arts is a family-oriented martial arts school that has been teaching Tae Kwon Do and Arnis in the Redmond area for over 40 years. Their mission is to help people become physically fit, happier, and more able to defend themselves while achieving their goals. The school provides a supportive environment where families can connect through their training, students can learn to persevere through challenges, set and achieve goals, become more physically fit, and become better leaders. They offer classes for students of all ages, from 3 and up, including adults.
