Rapid Performance Training Martial Arts is a place where training tomorrow's champion starts today. They offer martial arts style fitness that combines physical training with techniques to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and overall fitness. Their training program is designed to introduce students to martial arts in a controlled & safe environment. They offer unique, exciting & fun classes for all ages, including Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Wrestling, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. They also offer Personal Training, Women's Self Defense, Group Fitness, and Summer Camp programs. Their experienced coaches are passionate about martial arts and fitness, and they have worked with all levels of fitness, from professional athletes to the elderly and people with special needs.
