About Us
Tai Chi KC is a dojo dedicated to the practice of T'ai Chi Ch'uan, an ancient Chinese martial art known for its health benefits and low-impact exercise. The dojo teaches the short form of Yang Style, consisting of 37 postures that are performed in a slow and fluid manner. Tai Chi enhances strength, balance, coordination, and promotes mindfulness and relaxation. It is suitable for practitioners of all levels, and classes are designed to accommodate both beginners and advanced students. The practice can be done anywhere, requiring no special equipment, making it an accessible form of exercise that emphasizes relaxation and personal growth.
