Blade and Fist Martial Arts

Blade and Fist is a martial arts studio that offers classes in Taekwondo, Wing Chun, and Buk Sing Kung Fu in small group or private settings. The studio's owner and head instructor, Jon Merripen, has over 30 years of experience in martial arts and seeks to pass on his knowledge and developed skills to students. The studio's black belt instructor, Forrester Merripen, has more than a decade of experience with Taekwondo and is passionate about teaching new students. The studio's tenets are Courtesy, Self-Control, Integrity, Perseverance, and Indomitable Spirit.
