Lake Norman Muay Thai

Lake Norman Muay Thai, founded in March 2016, is dedicated to educating and instilling a passion for the art of Muay Thai. Led by Kru J.T. Smith and Assistant Kru Matt Riter, the dojo offers authentic Muay Thai training in a welcoming atmosphere. Members benefit from a wealth of knowledge provided by instructors and senior members, along with special guest instructors from the Carolinas who introduce various techniques. The dojo focuses on helping members achieve their goals, whether it's self-defense, fitness, or competition. In addition to Muay Thai, Lake Norman also teaches Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, making it a comprehensive martial arts training center.
