At Lost Boys, we pride ourselves on our exceptional instructors, our community of the best grapplers, fighters, and training partners in all of Northern California, and the strong family dynamic we have built over the last ten years. We are a community of martial artists that love to train hard and compete while continuing to offer a friendly and challenging environment for all ages and levels of BJJ, Muay Thai, and MMA. We teach various styles of martial arts including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Muay Thai, and MMA.
