Jane DO is a fitness studio designed to provide women with the class variety they need to lose weight, gain confidence, and enjoy their workouts. The studio offers a range of classes that combine strength, cardio, and flexibility training, all within 50-minute total body workouts. No prior experience is required, making it accessible for women of all ages and fitness levels. The community aspect is emphasized, uniting women and empowering them to unleash their strength while having fun.
