World Kali Association

Art of Blade is an indigenous martial arts system from the Philippines, founded by Tuhon Apolo Ladra. The system is also known as iKALI and is a comprehensive system that includes training with edged weapons, impact/stick, empty hand striking, bone breaking, locking, and ground grappling. The system aims to honor the cultural heritage of the Philippines and is taught by certified instructors. Tuhon Apolo Ladra has over 40 years of experience in martial arts and has achieved the rank of 7th Degree in several Tae Kwon Do associations. He has been recognized as the 'Weapons Instructor of the Year' by Black Belt Magazine and has been honored with a place in the Hall of Fame. The system offers various programs, including instructor training, in-person academies, seminars, and online courses, making it accessible to individuals from around the world.
