Freestyle Muay Thai in Tampa offers training programs for adults and children in Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu. The training includes intense warm-ups, proper form during shadow-boxing, bag work, and Muay Thai pad drills, as well as core-work. Members can expect to burn up to 1000 CALORIES per session while learning a classic Martial Art form. The training facility offers a regulation, raised boxing ring, mirrored walls, and specialized Muay Thai equipment. Freestyle Muay Thai teaches Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu techniques, and also offers private training sessions that can incorporate weight-loss consultation, sports performance enhancement, cross-training, and general fitness goals.
