About Us

Fitletics is a high-energy youth program designed for kids ages 7–16 that blends athletic training with striking and combat techniques. It combines cardio, strength, and agility drills with combat-inspired movements to build confidence, coordination, and endurance. Unlike traditional boxing or martial arts, Fitletics takes kids through rotating stations that include heavy bags, partner drills, and athletic conditioning. It's an experience that pushes kids to discover their inner strength while having fun in a motivating team environment. Fitletics builds strength and endurance, improves discipline, focus, and accountability, boosts confidence and self-esteem, and enhances agility, coordination, and athletic skills.
