Adamson's Karate Carmel is one of the oldest family-owned martial arts schools in the Midwest, founded in 1977. We focus on teaching traditional karate while building discipline, respect, and confidence in our students. Our programs enhance physical fitness, mental focus, and self-defense skills, empowering individuals to lead with strength and integrity. We also prepare athletes for high-level competition, helping them develop the skills needed to succeed in local, national, and international tournaments.
