Stratford Shotokan Karate

Stratford Shotokan Karate is a traditional Shotokan Karate dojo that specializes in teaching foundational self-defense and anti-bullying techniques through the martial art of Karate-Do. They offer classes for children as young as 3 years old and adults, and their instructors hold over 40 years of experience combined in the art of traditional Shotokan Karate-Do. The dojo teaches various aspects of karate, including Kihon, Kata, and Kumite, and offers kickboxing classes as well.
