The Absolute Fight Factory Dojo is a training center that focuses on teaching Muay Thai kickboxing and Jiu-Jitsu. Their kids program is designed to be fun and exciting, helping children develop physically and mentally, and gain skills such as positive attitude, self-awareness, control, fitness, patience, problem solving, communication, respect, and leadership. Muay Thai is a combat sport from Thailand that uses stand-up striking and clinching techniques, known as 'the art of eight limbs' due to its use of eight different weapons. Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art that focuses on grappling and ground fighting, considered one of the most effective self-defense systems.
