About Us
The Virginia branch of Cheng Ming USA teaches Tai Chi, Hsing-I Chuan, Ba Gua Zhang, and Qi Gong. These martial arts styles are focused on physical and mental well-being, with Tai Chi Chuan being a low-impact activity that reduces stress, relieves pain, improves balance, and increases mobility. Their instructor, James H. Lee, has been practicing since 1995 and teaching since 1999, with a goal of preserving the martial arts as passed down to him by his teachers.
