Special Dragons Karate

Special Dragons Karate offers karate-based therapy specifically designed for the special needs population. The dojo welcomes all diagnoses and utilizes karate techniques to enhance skills such as hand/eye coordination, motor control, balance, focus, conditioning, and time management. Founded in 2012 by a certified special education teacher and three-time black belt karate champion, Special Dragons aims to provide physical activity opportunities for children with special needs by integrating martial arts with special education.
