Mercs Jiu-jitsu MMA Fitness is a Jiu-jitsu based gym located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, founded by Justin and Jody Mercado in 2021. The gym offers various classes, including Adult and Youth Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, Strength & Conditioning, and Mixed Martial Arts, under the instruction of Professor ‘Mercs’ Justin Mercado and a team of experienced coaches. The gym focuses on teaching the ‘Gentle Art’ of Jiu-jitsu, ground fighting, and submissions, while also offering Muay Thai and other martial arts classes.
