APEX Taekwondo Academy

APEX Taekwondo Academy is a traditional Taekwondo school established in Colorado Springs in 2004. Led by Grand Master Cliff Hong, who has over 30 years of taekwondo instruction, the academy offers physical and mental training programs developed through research and experience. They focus on the long-term success of each student and aim to bring out the best in everyone. Taekwondo is a martial art that combines kicking techniques (TAE) with hand or fist techniques (KWON) and emphasizes the way (DO) of training.
