The Women's Defense Company

The Women's Defense Company provides realistic, effective, and trusted self-defense instruction, tactics, and education specifically designed to meet the unique needs of women and provide the most effective defensive skill set to reduce risks or counter an attempted rape, abduction, or assault. They offer classes in various locations, including their facility and throughout the U.S. Their classes are available for both males and females, and they offer group, corporate, and private lessons. They are a trauma-informed facility and dedicate themselves to helping individuals achieve freedom, independence, courage, and the grit to be safe. They teach a range of styles, including self-defense, corporate seminars, active shooter training, children's self-defense, real estate safety, situational awareness training, professional speaking engagements, and wellness & meditation sessions.
