Peaceful Warrior Karate is a dojo rooted in the Tenshinkan Karate system, founded by Kancho Mamoru Miwa, a 10th Dan who brings a unique blend of Karate, Aikido, Jui-Jitsu, and Kobudo into the training. His system emphasizes Tai Sabaki (avoidance) and Ashi Sabaki (leg shifting), offering a comprehensive martial arts experience that goes beyond physical technique to include mental and spiritual growth. Mamoru Miwa's deep dedication to Karate, guided by his Samurai family background and principles of Bushido, reflects in the curriculum and training philosophy.
