The Dojo teaches various styles of martial arts, including Karate, Kickboxing, Krav Maga, and Taekwondo. They offer programs for kids and adults, such as Kids Martial Arts, Adult Martial Arts, and Teens/Adult Martial Arts. These programs help develop physical activity, discipline, confidence, focus, leadership skills, and more. Classes are available for different age groups and days of the week, including Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The Dojo's martial arts programs are designed to provide a fun and effective way to stay active, build confidence, and learn self-defense skills.
