About Us
O & M's Martial Arts Institute is a place of discipline for the mind and body. It combines three martial arts styles: Kung-Fu, Hap Ki Do and Tae Kwon Do. The institute offers many physical and mental benefits, including reduced stress and fatigue, improved health and physical fitness, weight control, practical self-defense, and confidence in the mind and body. The martial arts taught at the institute promote inner peace and balance, improve coordination, flexibility, and reflexes, increase strength and stamina, and enhance concentration for better work and study habits.
