Aregis TaeKwonDo Center

Welcome to Aregis TaeKwonDo, a full service, traditional martial arts studio located about 20 minutes outside of Nashville, Tennessee in Goodlettsville. With over 30 years of experience in martial arts instruction for both children and adults, we provide a variety of programs including an After School Program that ensures children are safely transported from school to our center for Taekwondo classes. Our facility offers well-equipped areas for homework assistance, snacks, and outdoor play. We also have classes tailored for families, adults, and children of all ages, along with specialized programs like Krav Maga for fitness and self-defense. Aregis TaeKwonDo is dedicated to fostering a positive and enjoyable environment for all students.
