For adults, the dojo teaches Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, a martial art and combat sport that focuses on grappling and ground fighting. Additionally, they offer Bang Muay Thai, a striking system that combines Dutch style kickboxing and traditional Muay Thai, perfected in top competitions around the world.
