About Us

Green Dragon Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese form of martial arts that can be a relaxing, meditative form of exercise or an advanced method of self-defense. They offer weekly group classes, private lessons, and corporate/private group classes. They teach various styles, including Yang Style Tai Chi, Qigong, Chen Style“Tai Chi”, Tai Chi Sword, Tai Chi Fan, Tai Chi Long Weapons, Taiji Ball, Push Hands, and Kids Kung Fu. Their mission is to promote self-improvement of the mental, physical, and spiritual aspects of being, and to share this knowledge with others.
