About Us
Alexey BJJ is Maine's premiere Brazilian jiu jitsu gym, located in the heart of Westbrook, Maine. The gym is led by instructor Alexey Pickerell, a 6th degree black belt with over 30 years of experience. He was trained by Master Ricardo Delariva since 1990 and is the first white to black belt student of his. Alexey teaches Brazilian jiu jitsu, which is a lifestyle that benefits everyone, providing self defense, confidence, and much more. The gym offers classes throughout the week, which are suitable for various schedules.
