Hu Shin Kai Karate

Hu Shin Kai is the oldest authentic Shotokan Karate dojo in Chicago, led by Toshihide 'Tony' Nakamura Sensei, a former US national team member with over 30 years of karate training. The dojo offers casual introductory classes for all levels, recognizing that everyone trains for different reasons. It emphasizes traditional Japanese Karate discipline, manners, culture, and etiquette, aiming to develop the character of its practitioners.
