Beverly Pagoda Martial Arts Academy

The Beverly Pagoda Martial Arts Academy is a school that teaches various styles of martial arts, including Pagoda Ryu, Shorin Ryu Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Kenpo, Aikido, Jiu Jitsu, Karate, Aikido Yoshinkan, and Judo. They focus on sparring, ground-fighting, self-defense, weapons, and forms, and offer instruction for students of all levels, including those who do not wish to compete. They have a welcoming environment where quality and honorable instructors and students can gain and share knowledge. The academy was founded by Shihans Ken Kates Sr. and Ken Kates, II, and they regularly compete in martial arts tournaments.
