Northern California Karate-do

Northern California Karate Do is a non-profit organization that focuses on preserving traditional Seito Shito-Ryu Karate while incorporating strength and conditioning drills. Their mission is to promote athletic excellence and sportsmanship in sport karate, provide funding to members participating in competitions, and increase awareness of Japanese karate concepts and philosophy. They welcome people of all ages to try traditional Karate and offer introductory classes. Their instructors are knowledgeable in the culture, history, and competitive side of Japanese Karate.
