Ed Hernandez Karate

Ed Hernandez Karate is a martial arts school that teaches Kempo Karate. The school's practice is described as safe, fun, and educational. It begins with dojo etiquette and learning the formalities of the class, physical fitness, and basic fundamentals. Students are then introduced to Kata and Kumite, which are forms and sparring sessions. The final stage of martial art practice is self-defense. The school has been located in San Pablo, California since 1998 and is led by Mr. Hernandez, an 8th-degree black belt with 46 years of Karate experience.
