Trinity Jiu Jitsu is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu school located in Spring Branch, Texas. The school is an affiliate of Andre "Tim" Monteiro and is led by Black Belt Professor, Dr. Daryl Rodriguez. The school's focus is on the technical development and safety of each student, with a comprehensive curriculum in traditional Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The school offers classes that challenge the mind, body, and spirit, providing a great cardio workout, increasing strength and flexibility, teaching effective and ethical self-defense, and reducing stress and anxiety. The school also offers private individual or group lessons by appointment, which can be scheduled at the school or at the student's home or business.
