Mantis Sports is a wrestling club that helps athletes build precision, technique, and tenacity in wrestling and beyond. They offer various programs, including a general membership program for both beginners and seasoned wrestlers, a competitive team for Free-Style and Greco-Roman wrestling, and a kids' wrestling program for children aged 6-14. They also offer targeted training classes in Catch Wrestling, Jiu-Jitsu, and Striking for all ages.
