Our style is Isshinryu, a traditional Okinawan form of karate known for its speed, rhythmical combinations, and focus on technique. At our dojo, we are dedicated to creating a safe and productive learning environment that encourages each student to be their best. Isshinryu means the 'One Heart Way', and we practice this by welcoming students and fostering self-belief. We offer family classes for parents and children to learn together, accommodating ages 5-105 with adaptations for various skill levels.
