About Us

Mindful Martial Arts is a studio dedicated to preserving traditional Taekwondo and teaching the five tenets of Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, and Indomitable Spirit. The studio offers various programs, including Tiny Tigers, Youth Program, Teen & Adult Program, Saturday Sparring, Women's Self Defense, and Tai Chi. They teach the techniques and forms of traditional Taekwondo and focus on both physical and mental development. The studio is a supportive and respectful environment where practitioners can embark on a journey of self-discovery and mastery.
