The classes are designed to increase strength and tone the body, while also providing a full-body workout and weight loss opportunities. Members can choose from various classes, including kick intro, kick cardio, kick strength, and kick plyo-strength, and can even schedule a one-on-one personal training session with a certified trainer. The gym is led by Shaun, a certified personal trainer with over 23 years of experience, who creates personalized workouts to improve clients' quality of life.
