North Carolina Yoseikan Budo LLC

International Yōseikan Budō Federation (IYBF, North American Division) offers personalized Aikidō instruction for adults of all ages in a safe, welcoming environment. Rooted in the teachings of Master Minoru Mochizuki, founder of Yōseikan Budō, the program emphasizes traditional values, respect, and self-improvement. Students develop confidence, flexibility, cardiovascular health, and practical self-defense skills while progressing at their own pace. Instruction is guided by Patrick Augé Sensei Shihan, Technical Director of the North American Division, who studied nearly twenty years under Mochizuki Sensei. Ranks awarded are equivalent to Japanese standards, and all active black belts are members of the International Budo Seifukai in Japan. The IYBF fosters both personal growth and cultural appreciation through its training clinics and ranking examinations.
