Cast Iron Bjj

Cast Iron Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a proud member of the Renato Tavares Association. It offers friendly, competitive training since 2014, with carefully prepared classes to help students understand various positions. The training sessions include ample time for drilling, analyzing, and testing learned techniques. The dojo is led by Josh Littleton, a well-established Black Belt in the Kansas City Brazilian Jiu Jitsu scene. It teaches various styles, including traditional gi and no-gi, with a focus on adult classes and kids and teen classes.
