Nemesis Jiu Jitsu

Nemesis Jiu Jitsu is a gym that helps individuals discover their unique style through movement, respect, and perseverance, growing stronger on and off the mats. They offer kids' Jiu Jitsu programs to build confidence, discipline, and self-defense skills in a fun, supportive environment. Adult programs are also available, and the gym encourages peer-to-peer learning and live training. They have a variety of classes and open mat sessions, and their members contribute to the gym in their own way, pushing each other through input, questions, and teaching. The gym is owned and operated by Eric Hemphill, a 4th degree Black Belt under Chris Haueter, and is located in Yacolt, WA.
