Eternal Arts Kung Fu has been teaching traditional Chinese martial arts for 25 years, offering classes suitable for every age and skill level, typically starting from age 7. The dojo specializes in various styles, including MiZong LoHan Kung Fu, Wu Tai Chi Chuan, and Fu Style Ba Gua Zhang. The curriculum emphasizes building strength, flexibility, endurance, coordination, and tenacity through fast, powerful movements and deep stances. Students progress through different levels of Kung Fu classes, learning fundamental skills, advanced techniques, and forms, while also engaging in sparring and self-defense applications.
