Rocky's Family Karate & Fitness

Rocky's Family Karate is an American Freestyle system focusing on Forms (Kata) both empty hand and weapon, Sparring (practical and sport), and Self-Defense (practical/empty hand & weapon). We follow a 10 rank belt system, where new students start with a white belt. Those with prior training can wear their previous rank. To advance, students must demonstrate required skills. We also offer Women's Kickboxing & Strength Classes to help participants get in shape and learn proper techniques. Classes are available for children aged 4 and up.
