About Us
Iron Hand Boxing and Fitness is a training facility that offers various programs to enhance physical condition and develop confidence. They teach authentic boxing training, proper punching technique, and stances, and their coaches have trained professional boxers. They also offer Tang Soo Do Karate, a traditional Korean martial art that develops confidence, discipline, and physical conditioning, as well as sports fitness programs that are suitable for all ages and scalable based on fitness needs.
