Seishindo Karate

Seishindo Karate Dojo is an authentic martial arts karate dojo located in Chico. It emphasizes that martial arts are much more than just self-defense; they are a means to learn about oneself, life, and the world. The dojo promotes values such as patience, persistence, respect, and control, helping students to develop confidence and independence through positive encouragement. Seishindo, which means 'true heart way,' aims to guide individuals on their journey to becoming their truest selves. The dojo teaches a unique style of karate that incorporates the three original styles of Okinawan karate: shuri-te, naha-te, and tomari-te.
