Yu's Academy Martial Arts

Welcome to Yu's Academy of Martial Arts. Since 1974, Yu's Academy has trained thousands of students who strive towards developing a 'Sound Mind in a Sound Body'. The discipline and teachings of martial arts are more important today than ever. We have students of all ages. Our kids martial arts program helps younger students develop self-confidence and focus, while also assisting those dealing with bullying. Our adult martial arts programs provide great exercise along with the opportunity to learn martial arts.
