Champion Zone Fitness is a 1-hour heart rate based total body workout comprised of cardio, boxing, and weight-training. This complete workout motivates you to reach your fitness goals quickly and efficiently. They help you build a boxer's physique and conditioning, burn fat, build muscle, and strengthen your mind and body. They also teach you striking combinations and master basic to challenging weight-training exercises, which builds heightened Self-Respect and Self-Esteem.
