Capoeira Girassol, located at the Peace Love Studio, offers classes in capoeira, a holistic Afro-Brazilian martial art that engages the body, mind, and spirit. The practice involves playing, dancing, fighting, singing, improvising, and pushing limits, aiming to strengthen self-expression, physical power, and relationships. At UCA Albuquerque, students can learn movements, music, culture, ritual, history, and philosophy in a welcoming community for adults and children.
