Grapplers Lair

Grappler's Lair is a martial arts academy that has been paving the way for Jiu-Jitsu and MMA in Central Texas since 1999. The academy is owned and operated by a UFC Veteran and is known for its state-of-the-art curriculum that has been tested and proven in prestigious leagues. Grappler's Lair offers various programs, including Youth MMA, Youth Jiu-Jitsu, Teens & Adults, and Private Lessons & Seminars. They also partner with the We Defy Foundation to support local combat veterans with military-based disabilities through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The academy's mission is to provide a long-term means to overcome challenges through martial arts, and they offer a free trial for new students.
