They offer specialized programs in Jiu Jitsu, Fitness, Movement, and Creative Dance, each led by one of their experienced founders. They have a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Program, an Expanded Movement/Fitness Program with classes in Strength Training, Movement & Mobility, and Flexibility & Recovery, and an Artistic Movement Program for Toddlers, Youth, and Adults.
